Return Policy

EVENTS: The Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) allows members to register for events through this website.  Since most RCMA events include catered food, full refunds will only be given to those who cancel their reservation and request a refund within 7 days before the event.  Refunds must be requested by the credit card holder, and the refund will be made back to the original cardholder.

MEMBERSHIP:  The Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. If RCMA refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a full refund.

In the unlikely event RCMA cancels a membership due to a serious breach of membership ethics and/or behavior, according to RCMA bylaws, no refund will be provided.

Membership Cancellation by Participant:

-  Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and must be received no later than five days after renewal or application.

-  All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder.

-  Refund requests must include the name of the member.

- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

-  An RCMA member may request a transfer of membership to another California county medical association if the member moves within the dues paying year.

If you have any questions about any of your policies, please contact the RCMA at (951) 686-3342 or rcma1@rcmanet.org
