Medical Review Advisory Committee
The MRAC Committee acts as both a peer review and medical review committee within the meaning of California Civil Code Section 43.7 and 43.8 and California Evidence code Section 1157. The Committee provides medical review of liability claims against physician participants of the Association sponsored professional liability insurance program. The Committee meets once every quarter.
