When a disaster strikes, will the County be able to meet the medical needs of the community?

The Department of Public Health, in partnership with the Riverside County Medical Association, is seeking physicians to join the Riverside County Medical Volunteer Program. Volunteer physicians will serve the medical/health needs of Riverside County residents during a disaster by providing medical assistance within their scope of practice. Volunteer physicians will be asked to offer aid in healthcare facilities, field mobile hospitals, points of dispensing clinics or to assist in other public health needs.  Click here to view/print brochure.
